Glenn T. Crawford is a licensed agent with Taylor Insurance and Financial Services, a full service financial services practice located in Pasadena, California. He is accomplished in delivering solutions that can help enable clients to realize their financial goals as well as making sure that their families and assets are protected. As a broker with access to quality products in the marketplace, Glenn provides solutions that address asset protection, income strategies, tax reduction programs and estate planning. Glenn works with executives and owners of closely held businesses. His clients include doctors, lawyers, entertainers and sports professionals. In 2014 and 2015, Glenn was one of the recipients of the very prestigious “Agents of the Year” award by the Los Angeles Chapter of NAIFA (National Association of Independent Financial Advisors).
Prior to entering the insurance and financial services industry, Glenn enjoyed a successful career in information technology. He spent ten years as a principle founder and served on the Board of Directors for Surrex Solutions Corporation, an IT consultancy firm with 500 employees that achieved $65M in annual revenues in 2007. Glenn was a key contributor to the development of the sales methodology and training systems that led to the rapid growth of the firm.
Glenn was also a board level (top 20%) producer for 8 out of 9-years at a national IT staffing organization known as kForce. Prior to his success at kForce, Glenn founded and operated a successful IT network integration and implementation firm called Pace Computer Inc. The firm achieved $10M in annual revenues in its third year of operation and secured large contracts including, most impressively, a $1M per year agreement with JPL.
Glenn holds a B.S. in General Business Administration from Arizona State University (ASU) where he was also a member of the 1975 SunDevil 12-0 Fiesta Bowl Championship football team. He is a past board member on the ASU WP Carey School of Business Alumni Association, and a current board member of the ASU Alumni Association at Large. Upon graduation from ASU, Glenn spent 5-years in sales for the Permecel Division of the Johnson & Johnson Companies.
As an active member of the community, Glenn has coached hundreds of youth sports teams over the years, and has also served on the Board of St. Mark’s Episcopal School in Altadena, and as the Booster Club President at St. Francis High School in La Canada, California.
